Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) operates a comprehensive network spanning domestic and international destinations across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Customer Experience and Recognition

PIA provides cabin classes including Economy, Executive Class (business), and First Class on select aircraft. Seat pitch ranges from 31–34 inches in Economy and up to 60 inches in Executive Class on long-haul flights. Passengers benefit from in-flight entertainment systems offering movies, music, and games. Meals reflect traditional Pakistani cuisine alongside international options.

Although PIA has faced operational challenges, it remains a vital carrier with dedicated lounge access at major airports and offers upgrade options such as extra legroom seats and business class upgrades. Its on-time performance and safety records have improved steadily with ongoing modernization.
