Air Côte d'Ivoire has officially scheduled a new long-haul route between Abidjan and Beirut, Lebanon. The airline plans to operate three flights per week using the Airbus A330-900N, starting January 4, 2026. This route, which will run until March 9, 2026, is part of the airline's broader expansion efforts and comes after its successful introduction of a long-haul service to Paris CDG with the delivery of its first A330-900N in September.

The airline's fleet now includes 15 aircraft serving 32 destinations across 54 routes. The new Beirut service aims to strengthen Côte d'Ivoire's international connectivity, especially within the Middle East. The airline's focus on fleet modernization and expansion underscores its strategic growth plans.

Strategic Expansion and Fleet Modernization

The addition of the A330-900N aircraft aligns with Air Côte d'Ivoire's goal to enhance long-haul capabilities. The aircraft used for the new route will enable the airline to better serve its growing international network and foster stronger diplomatic and commercial relationships.

"The new route to Beirut represents a significant step toward expanding our international presence," said airline spokespersons. "We are committed to providing seamless connectivity to our passengers and strengthening our position in the African and Middle Eastern markets."

As the airline continues to grow its fleet and network, it will closely monitor market reactions and adjust schedules accordingly, aiming to become a key player in West Africa's international aviation landscape.
