Malaysia Aviation Group has announced its new long-term business plan, titled “LTBP3.0,” which will guide its strategic growth through to 2030.

Building upon the success of its previous plan, “LTBP2.0,” implemented during its 2020 financial restructuring, the group reports consistent profitability improvements, customer satisfaction gains, and fleet enhancements, including the deployment of 22 next-generation aircraft.

Future Expansion and Upgrades

The new plan seeks to double the group's revenue to over 24 billion Malaysian ringgit, mainly driven by a 60% increase in external aviation service sales and cargo expansion. The group emphasizes its goal to position itself as a premium airline within the Asia-Pacific region and aims to provide high-quality travel experiences across all touchpoints.

“Through continuous fleet renewal and strategic service upgrades, we aim to operate 116 modern aircraft by 2035 and be recognized among the top 10 airlines worldwide,” said a Group spokesperson.

The strategy also includes expanding seat capacity by over 50%, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing cargo and non-aviation segments to support sustained growth and industry leadership.
