Embraer has noted that this milestone emphasizes a dynamic growth plan centered on the E195-E2's operational efficiencies, including up to 29% lower fuel burn and a range of 2,500 nautical miles. Porter's firm order of 75 aircraft, with options for an additional 25, provides the capacity to extend its network, particularly into warm-weather routes such as Cancun and Nassau from Toronto Pearson International Airport and Montreal Trudeau International Airport.
