TransNusa, a leading Indonesian airline, has announced that it will be the first in the country to operate additional scheduled flights to and from Singapore, effective from April and May 2026. The airline plans to deploy Airbus A320 aircrafts configured with 174 seats on these routes, offering greater flexibility and increased capacity amid strong demand for travel within Southeast Asia.
Starting April 17, TransNusa will add three daily flights between Jakarta and Singapore, facilitated by the new schedule. Additionally, on May 2, the airline will introduce flights connecting Bali and Singapore, aiming to strengthen regional connectivity and support trade and tourism. The airline’s service bundles, such as SEAT, SEAT-PLUS, and FLEXI-PRO, include baggage allowances of up to 30 kilograms for its premium packages, providing passengers with more options and comfort.
According to TransNusa Group CEO, Datuk Bernard Francis, these enhancements will allow travelers greater scheduling flexibility and easier same-day connections, fostering economic growth and regional integration. The initiative aligns with TransNusa's broader strategy to expand and improve accessibility across Southeast Asia, positioning the airline as a significant contributor to regional development and connectivity.
