10 เส้นทางการบินที่พลุกพล่านที่สุดในโลกประจำปี 2025 จัดอันดับตามจำนวนที่นั่งตามตารางบินรวมทั้งสองทิศทางตลอดปีปฏิทิน ตามข้อมูลที่เผยแพร่โดย OAG บริษัทข้อมูลด้านการบิน ทั้ง 10 เส้นทางเป็นเส้นทางภายในประเทศ โดย 9 เส้นทางอยู่ในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก ส่วนเส้นทางระหว่างประเทศที่พลุกพล่านที่สุดคือ ฮ่องกง – ไทเป มี 6.8 ล้านที่นั่ง และอยู่นอกกลุ่ม 10 อันดับแรกเพียงเล็กน้อย
