Air India has announced a series of additional international flights to accommodate the rising travel demand amidst ongoing disruptions in West Asia. Between 5 and 11 March, the airline will operate three extra flights connecting Delhi with Toronto, three connecting Delhi with Frankfurt, and one linking Delhi with Paris (Charles de Gaulle). These enhancements aim to provide more options on long-haul routes and facilitate seamless connections through Delhi to various domestic and Southeast Asian destinations.

The airline is also operating limited services to Jeddah and Dubai to help stranded passengers return safely, emphasizing its commitment to passenger safety and well-being. Most Middle East services remain suspended until late on 5 March, but scheduled flights to and from Jeddah are expected to resume from 5 March, with additional services including a Boeing 777-operated flight on the Mumbai-Dubai-Delhi route to assist stranded travelers.

Monitoring the situation closely, Air India will consider further capacity adjustments beyond 11 March based on passenger demand and operational conditions. The airline has apologized for the inconvenience caused and is offering support including refunds and rescheduling options. Passengers are advised to regularly check flight status updates on the airline's official website or contact its 24/7 call center for assistance.
