Air Macau has implemented Datalex’s Stellex Offer Shopping & Pricing Engine as part of its digital retailing transformation. The new system enhances offer management, supports international fare rules, and provides faster customer response times across seven digital channels including its website, mobile app, Douyin, and MPAY. Since its deployment in September 2024, the airline has expanded its fare options and increased revenue, with the scalable architecture managing high booking ratios effectively.
"The activation of the Stellex engine marks a significant milestone in our retail strategy," said Mr Wang Qing, General Manager of E-Commerce at Air Macau. "It gives us greater control and agility to offer a broader range of fares quickly, which supports our growth in digital revenue streams."
The system’s development was tailored to meet China’s specific market needs, allowing airlines to deliver transparent and competitive domestic and international fares while improving the overall booking experience. As part of the broader Air China Group, Air Macau is also able to sell flights of other subsidiaries and facilitate connecting itineraries, expanding traveler options and international reach.
"We are proud to support Air Macau in its digital retail journey," said Jonathan Rockett, CEO of Datalex. "Our solutions are designed to meet regional market demands and empower airlines to optimize revenue through advanced shopping and pricing capabilities."
