Air Serbia has released its first sustainability report for the year 2025, providing an overview of the airline's environmental efforts, social responsibility initiatives, and governance improvements. The report, prepared according to Global Reporting Initiative standards, highlights significant milestones such as the utilization of 3.681 tonnes of Sustainable Aviation Fuel and scope 1 emissions of 685.433 tonnes CO2 equivalent. The airline regards 2025 as the baseline for its future emissions tracking and intends to pursue formal sustainability targets in upcoming reporting cycles.
The report further discusses the airline’s fleet strategy, noting that its Airbus A220-300, operated on a wet-lease from airBaltic, is indicative of future fleet planning considerations. Additionally, the airline employed an average of 1,533 employees in 2025, with women accounting for 48.7% of the workforce. Customer satisfaction metrics showed improvement, with complaints decreasing by 10.1% and the Net Promoter Score reaching 40.
