Sabre has partnered with All Nippon Airways (ANA) to launch a significant initiative that is set to transform airline distribution worldwide. This collaboration introduces ANA’s New Distribution Capability (NDC) content through the SabreMosaic™ Travel Marketplace, enabling airlines to directly engage with travelers in a more personalized and flexible manner. NDC, a standard developed by IATA, allows airlines to offer customized fare bundles and services, moving away from traditional distribution channels.

Sabre Corporation, a global leader in travel technology, has made ANA the first Japanese airline to provide NDC content via its innovative platform. This development enhances ANA’s content distribution capabilities, connecting it with travel agencies across more than 40 countries, who can now access and book ANA's latest offerings seamlessly through Sabre’s cloud-native system.

The partnership further strengthens the long-standing relationship between Sabre and ANA, leveraging Sabre’s proven technology to support ANA’s evolving distribution strategies. Travel agents benefit from access to ANA’s rich product offerings, including bespoke fares and premium services, which can now be presented clearly across Sabre’s extensive network.

With the integration of NDC content, travel agencies are equipped to offer more diverse and tailored options to passengers, addressing the rising demand for personalized travel experiences. This collaboration underscores a shift towards more digital and customer-centric airline distribution, outlining a future where airlines like ANA can engage directly with consumers in more meaningful ways.

"ANA is dedicated to enhancing the overall customer experience, including the purchasing journey," said Keiji Omae. "Our partnership with Sabre enables ANA’s NDC initiative to deliver greater reach and more diverse distribution channels to meet customer needs. We are delighted to offer broader choices and more enriching experiences through SabreMosaic™ Travel Marketplace."lockquote>

Keiji Omae, Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at ANA, emphasized their commitment to enhancing customer experience through broader distribution channels. Chris Wilding, Senior Vice President of Airline Distribution at Sabre, highlighted the importance of NDC in creating new value within the industry. This partnership positions ANA among the leading airlines in adopting NDC technology, reinforcing Sabre’s leadership in the space and expanding its portfolio with a significant Japanese carrier.
