AirAsia MOVE has established strategic airline partnerships with China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines, enhancing direct connectivity between Malaysia and China. The collaboration allows travelers to access exclusive flight offers valid until September 30, 2026, for travel through November 4, 2026, as part of efforts to provide seamless travel options within a unified digital platform. Head of Flybeyond at AirAsia MOVE, Soumik Choudhury, emphasized that these partnerships aim to strengthen regional ties and expand the platform's global reach, offering travelers greater flexibility and convenience. In addition to these collaborations, AirAsia MOVE continues to partner with over 80 global airlines and 700 additional carriers, thus broadening travel options for its customers. This move marks a significant step in the platform’s strategy to simplify and diversify travel planning across regions.
