Hong Kong flag carrier Cathay Pacific Airways has maintained its position as the third-best airline globally for the second consecutive year, according to recent industry rankings. The airline also secured top awards for its cabin crew and first-class lounge, underlining its continued excellence in customer service.
In the same industry recognition, Singapore Airlines reclaimed the top position in the Skytrax World Airline Awards, moving ahead of Qatar Airways, which slipped to second place. These rankings are considered some of the most authoritative in the airline industry.
