The 24,900-square-metre complex will include 33 purpose-built units designed for aviation-related activities, offering scalable spaces for expanding or adapting operational needs. The project is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.

Located within Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, the complex aims to support companies seeking operational efficiency, flexible layouts, and access to Dubai South’s wider aerospace ecosystem. This development is part of Dubai South’s strategy to build specialized infrastructure for aviation, logistics, maintenance, and aerospace services.
