(Emarat), a prominent UAE energy provider, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) framework aimed at fortifying the resilience of aviation fuel supply operations in the region. This strategic partnership is designed to ensure reliable Jet A1 fuel delivery across key airports, including Dubai International Airport, vital for sustaining the UAE's status as a major international aviation hub. The BCP will include the creation of detailed procedures, regular testing, drills, and personnel training to prepare for potential disruptions and emergencies.

Similarly, Burhan Al Hashemi, CEO of Emarat, underlined the shared responsibility of both organizations in safeguarding operational continuity, ensuring fuel availability for passengers, airlines, and the wider economy. Both partners will coordinate logistics, response strategies, and emergency protocols to ensure seamless fuel supply operations, reinforcing the country’s logistical resilience and economic stability.
