Etihad Airways has announced a groundbreaking development in its route network, becoming the first airline from the Middle East to operate a non-stop flight to Luxembourg. The service is scheduled to commence on 29 October 2026, utilizing the airline's new Airbus A321LR aircraft based in Abu Dhabi.
This new route will operate three times a week, offering a direct connection between Luxembourg and Abu Dhabi. The service aims to enhance regional connectivity and provide passengers with a seamless link to the Middle East and onward destinations in Asia and Oceania.

Passengers will benefit from the airline's ability to connect onward to markets such as Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, and India through Abu Dhabi. Scheduled flights depart Abu Dhabi at 02:45, arriving in Luxembourg at 06:55, with return flights leaving Luxembourg at 09:35 and arriving in Abu Dhabi at 19:05 local time.
