The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has announced the cancellation of the 2026 edition of the EBACE business aviation convention and exhibition, scheduled for June 2-4 in Geneva. The decision was made less than two months before the event, following three years of attempts to revamp the show's format. EBAA, which has co-organized the event with NBAA since 2001 until 2025, cited insufficient momentum and challenges such as security issues, high costs, and logistical concerns as reasons for cancellation.

Despite the setback, EBAA affirmed its commitment to future editions, including plans for 2027, and highlighted ongoing efforts such as Aero Friedrichshafen's expanding business aviation segment in Germany, which will host numerous exhibitors in April 2026. The organization emphasized that the decision pertains only to 2026 and that it remains dedicated to fostering growth and connectivity within the European business aviation sector.
