The board of EVA Air (BR, Taipei Taoyuan) has approved the renewal of dry lease agreements for four Boeing 777-300ER aircraft from Air Lease Corporation. The new leases are valued at approximately TWD6.9 billion (USD218.6 million).

According to data from ch-aviation, the Taiwanese carrier has leased four B777s from ALC, with current lease expirations ranging from June 2028 to February 2029. This strategic move is part of EVA Air's ongoing fleet renewal and capacity expansion plans.

The aircraft involved include:

  • B-16725 (msn 44554), lease expiring June 2028
  • B-16726 (msn 44552), lease expiring February 2028
  • B-16729 (msn 61601), lease expiring September 2028
  • B-16733 (msn 61600), lease expiring February 2029
