In a recent legal action, United Airlines flight attendant Lisa Denson has accused her employer of negligence in preventing a pilot from distributing her intimate images online. The lawsuit reveals that since 2016, pilot Andrew Hill took advantage of his position to secretly record and photograph Denson during flights, and posted her images on Reddit and other platforms. Despite prior investigations and the airline's awareness of similar misconduct, United allegedly failed to intervene or warn employees after police uncovered Hill's online activity in early 2024. Hill's behavior worsened after their breakup, leading to a hostile work environment and ongoing fear for Denson's safety and privacy. She is now suing for damages and seeking improved policies to prevent such harassment, with the case still pending in Colorado federal court.
