FTI Consulting, Inc. has announced the appointment of Alexis Fekete as a Senior Managing Director within its Corporate Finance segment. Based in Dubai, Fekete will co-lead the firm's Aviation practice across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia, working alongside Jasper Schrijver.
Fekete brings over two decades of experience in the aviation and aerospace sectors, having held senior roles at Seabury Aviation Partners, Accenture, Seabury Capital, and Natixis. His expertise includes airline transformation, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, fleet acquisition, aircraft financing, and due diligence for airlines and lessors.

In his new role, Fekete will advise clients across the aviation value chain on capital raising, transactions, and transformation initiatives, aiming to expand FTI’s aviation advisory capabilities outside of the Americas.

Fekete’s appointment follows other recent senior hires, including Neal Wesson in New York and Theo Kitsanelis in London, bolstering FTI's global aviation team.
