Gulfstream Aerospace has appointed MJets as the authorised international sales representative (ISR) for Gulfstream business aircraft in Thailand. This strategic move aims to bolster Gulfstream's presence in the growing Asian market, particularly as demand for high-performance, luxurious business jets increases across the region.
Michael Swift, Gulfstream's vice president of international sales, highlighted the importance of local expertise, stating, "As we continue to see business aviation grow throughout Asia, we are looking forward to leveraging MJets’ local knowledge to connect customers with our aircraft. MJets is a respected member of the business aviation community, making them an ideal partner to support our expansion."
Growth and New Models in Asia
The partnership comes amidst significant growth in Asia's business aviation sector, especially with the Gulfstream G700 and G800. These latest models offer enhanced performance, comfort, speed, and range, enabling longer, faster travel for customers. Several G700 aircraft have already been delivered to the region, and deliveries of the G800 are expected in 2026.
"This collaboration reflects our commitment to bringing Gulfstream’s world-class craftsmanship closer to Thai customers," said William E. Heinecke, MJets' founder. Kirit Shah added, "Our shared vision and operational expertise will support Gulfstream's reputation for excellence in this dynamic market."
MJets offers comprehensive aircraft sales, management, and FBO services, including Thailand's first dedicated business jet terminal at Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport, and operates the first Gulfstream G700 delivery in Thailand.
