Jamco Corporation and Bain Capital are set to acquire the Italian aerospace supplier Iacobucci HF Aerospace (IHFA) in a transaction scheduled to close by the end of 2025. The acquisition aims to strengthen both companies' positions in the market for cabin interior solutions, particularly for widebody aircraft.
Founded in 1994 and based in Ferentino, Italy, IHFA specializes in galley and beverage equipment, trash compactors, ovens, and custom inserts for commercial aviation. Under the leadership of CEO Lucio Iacobucci, the company has built a reputation for innovative and reliable products that improve passenger and crew experiences. Following the acquisition, IHFA will operate as an independent entity under the full continuity of its leadership team and reporting to Kate Schaefer, the Executive Chair of Jamco Corporation.
