In celebration of Children’s Day, Korean Air and Asiana Airlines jointly hosted an aviation education program at Seoul's National Aviation Museum. The event aimed to inspire young individuals to consider careers in aviation, with approximately 200 students gaining insights from volunteer pilots and cabin crew from both airlines. These professionals shared their experiences and offered practical perspectives on pursuing a future in the industry.
The program provided students with a unique opportunity to engage directly with aviation professionals, fostering interest and understanding of aviation careers. A Korean Air pilot remarked that the enthusiasm of the students was inspiring, expressing hope that the experience would motivate some to pursue aviation as a profession. Similarly, an Asiana Airlines cabin crew member emphasized the meaningfulness of planting the seeds for future aspirations.
As Korean Air and Asiana Airlines progress toward their planned integration, the airlines have been conducting joint community outreach activities regularly. These initiatives seek to develop future aviation talent, promote employee collaboration, and strengthen their community presence. The airlines have committed to continuing joint programs that create public engagement and build organizational synergy during this period of transition.
