National Jet Express, operating as WO from Perth International, has officially retired its fleet of four BAe 146-300(QT) regional jets. The aircraft, which were leased from WDL Aviation under a wet lease agreement with Qantas Freight, completed their final revenue flights on October 2, 2026. The last operations involved flights from Sydney Western to Adelaide International and from Gold Coast Coolangatta to Adelaide. One aircraft remains in storage at Adelaide since mid-September.

The carrier announced plans to sell the four aircraft, resulting in a fleet change. Currently, the airline operates a mix of regional aircraft including thirteen DHC-8-Q400s, seven E190ARs, and two E190LRs, reflecting its fleet modernization and restructuring efforts. The fleet retirement aligns with the conclusion of their lease agreement and possibly strategic fleet adjustments moving forward.
