Astrom Training Solutions has launched a new module within its Galaxy Training Management System, called the Recurrent Training Plan (RTP). This innovative solution aims to simplify and automate the complex process of managing recurrent training for airline personnel.

The RTP provides a flexible recurrency calculation engine capable of handling multiple qualification cycles, including pilot airport qualifications, maintenance engineer authorizations, and instructor certifications. Its integration with Quality Management Systems (QMS) ensures compliance with Civil Aviation Authority regulations, while supporting online courses, assessments, instructor-led sessions, simulator checks, and line checks within structured training pathways.

The system enables real-time tracking of certificates linked directly to training activities, which streamlines compliance management and audit preparations. Its design aligns with local regulators and IOSA standards, reducing the administrative burden during audits. Booking and report generation are simplified, enabling training departments to produce comprehensive audit reports with ease.

Astrom will showcase this new module at the European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) held in Cascais, Portugal from November 5-6, at booth 412, where the company will demonstrate its capabilities.
