Pegasus Airlines has opened a new comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility at Istanbul Sabiha Gökcen Airport. The new centre spans 18,000 square metres and includes two hangars designed to support both line and base maintenance for up to five narrowbody aircraft concurrently. The facility is certified to handle Airbus A320ceo/neo and Boeing 737 Next Generation models.

The airline's infrastructure development is planned in phases. The second phase, scheduled for completion in late 2026, will add an additional hangar supporting five more narrowbody aircraft, increasing maintenance capacity. Subsequent expansion in the third phase aims to accommodate up to ten narrowbody aircraft, further bolstering Pegasus Airlines' operational capabilities.
