Based in Dublin and managed by AIP Capital, Phoenix Aviation Capital offers financing for modern, in-demand aircraft globally. 9 Air, operating out of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, serves both domestic and international routes across Southeast and Northeast Asia, targeting price-sensitive travelers as China's first low-cost carrier in its region.
