The airline scored 8.16 out of 10, surpassing competitors and marking a return to the number one spot it held from 2018 to 2023.
Following Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways secured second place with a score of 8.07, a significant improvement from its 11th position in 2024. Virgin Atlantic achieved third place, climbing from 30th position last year to an impressive third with a score of 8.03. Notably, the list indicates the absence of any Indian airlines among the top ten performers.
