Royal Jordanian Airlines has achieved a significant milestone in airline punctuality for the year 2025. According to a comprehensive report by Cirium, a global aviation analytics firm, the airline ranked second in on-time performance across the Middle East and Africa, with a performance rate exceeding 90%. This excellent record places Royal Jordanian within the top five airlines worldwide for punctuality.

The report highlights that this success is a testament to the airline’s disciplined operational system and the professionalism of its workforce amid regional operational challenges. Samer Majali, Vice Chairman and CEO of Royal Jordanian, credited the achievement to effective institutional efforts and ongoing investments in staff development.

Majali emphasized that maintaining high punctuality is a national responsibility and reaffirmed the airline’s commitment to continuous improvement. The Cirium analysis was based on data collected over a 12-month period, covering hundreds of airlines worldwide, further establishing Royal Jordanian’s standing as a leading international carrier.

Founded in 1963 and based in Amman, Royal Jordanian operates a fleet that includes Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners, Airbus A320neo, and Embraer E2 aircraft. Serving more than 55 destinations globally through its partnership with the oneworld alliance, the airline remains dedicated to modernization, innovation, and delivering quality service to its passengers.
