Saudia Group Celebrates Training Milestone with Over 1,000 Aviation Graduates

Saudia Group has successfully graduated and integrated over 1,000 trainees into its aviation workforce, marking one of the largest cohorts in the company's history. The milestone supports the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's National Aviation Strategy by strengthening its domestic talent pipeline.

The graduates completed eight specialized programs conducted by Saudia Group and its subsidiaries, which include Saudia, Saudia Academy, Saudia Technic, Saudi Ground Services, SAL Saudi Logistics Services, flyadeal, and CATRION. Upon completion, they assumed operational roles across various sectors such as flight operations, ground services, engineering, logistics, and customer service, contributing to the expanding aviation ecosystem in the country.

The graduation ceremony was held under the patronage of His Excellency Engr. Saleh Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, with the presence of His Excellency Engr. Ibrahim Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, along with other senior officials and aviation sector representatives.

Officials emphasized the importance of developing national talent to meet the ambitions of the National Aviation Strategy, highlighting the progress in localizing critical aviation roles and knowledge transfer initiatives. Saudia Group continues to invest in expanding its fleet, infrastructure, and training capabilities, aiming to position the Kingdom as a key player connecting global markets and supporting tourism, logistics, and religious pilgrimage services.
