Dublin, Ireland – Simtech Aviation has announced a significant expansion of its Dublin-based pilot training facilities through a strategic partnership with Aer Lingus, a member of the International Airlines Group (IAG). This initiative supports the delivery of advanced full-flight simulator training for Airbus aircraft, reinforcing Dublin's position as a prominent European aviation training hub.

The collaboration will introduce new CAE full-flight simulators for the Airbus A320, A330, and A321XLR models at the Dublin training center. The A320 and A330 simulators are scheduled to become operational in early 2026, with the A321XLR following in early 2027.

Simtech Aviation, established in 2001, is an approved European Training Organization recognized by the Irish Aviation Authority and EASA. The facility already operates a diverse range of simulators, including ATR, Boeing, and Airbus types, serving over 5,500 student pilots and collaborating with various airlines and flight schools across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

This expansion aims to meet the growing demand for airline pilot training and to strengthen Dublin's prominence in European aviation education. The partnership represents a milestone in Simtech’s development, ensuring continued support for airline and pilot training needs well into the future.
