SkyUp Airlines has entered into a partnership to deploy PRODEFIS TPMS and PRODEFIS E-FILE digital platforms aimed at revolutionizing training evaluation and qualification management. These platforms are designed to facilitate a transition towards Evidence-Based Training (EBT) and Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), which are modern approaches to airline pilot training.

The new systems will standardize digital grade forms, provide traceable evaluation workflows, and centralize qualification management for instructors, examiners, and training managers. According to Anthony Fava, Head of Training at SkyUp Airlines, the digital framework offers increased standardization, transparency, and data quality, creating a clear pathway for adopting CBTA and EBT programs.

PRODEFIS TPMS, in particular, supports instructors and examiners by presenting relevant trainee history and performance data directly within digital grading forms. This reduces administrative burdens and allows for more tailored, individual training interventions. The airline's move signifies its commitment to innovative training solutions and expands the reach of prodefis' digital airline training management offerings.
