SkyUp Airlines, based at Kyiv Boryspil International Airport, has terminated its seasonal charter agreement with Swiss Group International (SGI). The airline stated that the partner company "unilaterally refused to perform contractual obligations," leading to the immediate cessation of flights on routes from Germany to Italy and Egypt. Despite efforts to find a sustainable resolution through dialogue, an agreement could not be reached, prompting the airline to enforce contractual compliance.

The deal was extended for the 2026 season in February after a successful partnership in 2025, but recent issues have led SkyUp to conclude the arrangement. This action highlights SkyUp’s commitment to maintaining contractual integrity and could influence future collaboration strategies with tour operators.
