Smart Aviation, a leading flight training organization based at Poznań–Ławica Airport in Poland, has announced the acquisition of a new ALSIM AL2006 simulator. This high-fidelity device, a replica of the Tecnam P2006T NG, was signed during the European Airline Training Symposium in Portugal, demonstrating Smart Aviation’s commitment to adopting cutting-edge training technology.
The AL2006 is designed to meet FTD Level 5 and EASA FNPT II standards, featuring a full-size cockpit replica, advanced visual systems, and genuine Garmin avionics, providing realistic training experiences. This simulator aims to improve SOP learning, pilot competence, and the transition from simulator to aircraft, especially as Smart Aviation plans to replace its older fleet with new Tecnam P2006T NG aircraft.
CEO Mateusz Działyński highlighted the importance of modern simulation technology in airline preparation, emphasizing that the simulator complements the organization's investment in new aircraft models. Additionally, ALSIM’s Sales Manager, Ana Lezoray, expressed pride in their ongoing collaboration with Smart Aviation and their commitment to high-fidelity, regulation-compliant trainers.
Smart Aviation operates multiple simulators, including the ALSIM ALX and AL250, with nearly 25,000 flight hours logged. The school has trained over 1,600 pilots who now serve in major airlines worldwide. This strategic purchase reinforces the organization’s position as a forward-thinking leader in the regional aviation training sector.
ALSIM, a veteran manufacturer since 1994, has more than 450 devices installed globally. Their focus on innovation, quality, and in-house production ensures reliable, state-of-the-art training devices for aviation customers worldwide.
