South African Flight Training Institute Launches Advanced Instructor Program with Guaranteed Employment

PTC Aviation, a South African flight training organization based in Port Elizabeth, has announced the opening of applications for its Advanced Flight Instructor Programme scheduled to commence on 5 January 2026. The program offers successful candidates a guaranteed employment opportunity as a Grade III Instructor with 43 Air School, providing a direct pathway into flight instruction roles.

Applicants are required to hold a valid SACAA Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings (ME/IR), be fluent in both written and spoken English, and be South African citizens. Additionally, candidates must complete the SACAA Instructor Exams prior to the start of the course.
