Specialist regional aircraft lessor TrueNoord has delivered an OEM refurbished Dash 8-400 aircraft to Australian carrier Nexus Airlines. This marks the fourth aircraft TrueNoord has leased to Nexus, which operates regional routes across Western Australia. The aircraft was refurbished at De Havilland Canada's Calgary facilities, combining proven reliability with tailored upgrades. Carst Lindeboom, TrueNoord’s Sales Director Asia Pacific, expressed enthusiasm for continuing support of Nexus Airlines’ fleet expansion. Nexus Airlines' Managing Director, Michael McConachy, emphasized the significance of this acquisition in their fleet strategy, reinforcing commitments to reliable regional air services. Ryan DeBrusk of De Havilland Canada highlighted the OEM Refurbished Programme's value. The aircraft's entry into service aims to bolster Western Australia's regional connectivity, supported by the OEM's partnership with local operators.
