This credit line is backed by a corporate guarantee of up to CNY120 million (USD17.9 million) from its majority shareholder, Hainan Airlines Holding.

The guarantee covers the principal amount along with interest, penalties, and related costs. Urumqi Air also issued a counter-guarantee to Hainan Airlines Holding, reinforcing its financial backing and stability.
