Vietjet’s ground handling division has marked a significant milestone by successfully serving Air India’s inaugural scheduled international flight to Hanoi at Noi Bai International Airport. Airport NEO, the ground services arm of Vietjet, evolved from its original ground handling unit in 2020 and now offers comprehensive services to support Vietjet’s expanding international routes. It ensures smooth passenger processing, ramp operations, and technical support, while adhering to rigorous safety and security protocols.
Amidst this operational success, Vietjet’s brand value has experienced substantial growth, increasing 117 percent to reach 906 million USD in 2026. This growth is driven by its expanding market share across Asia, high passenger load factors, and diversified revenue streams, including ancillary services.
The airline currently operates a fleet of 135 aircraft and has nearly 600 more on order, including both narrow and wide-body models. Its safety record is highly regarded, with official memberships and awards in recognition of its performance and safety standards. As Vietjet continues its global expansion, its ground handling unit plays a crucial role in supporting seamless operations and maintaining quality service standards.
