Private equity firm Warburg Pincus has completed its acquisition of Topcast Aviation Supplies, a prominent distributor and service provider within the civil aviation industry in Asia Pacific. Founded in 1991 and based in Hong Kong, Topcast offers comprehensive solutions, including aircraft parts distribution, OEM services, and repair support, to clients across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas.
