West Star Aviation, a leading provider in the business aviation sector, has announced the appointment of Brian Howell as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Reporting directly to CEO Stephen Maiden, Howell is tasked with spearheading the company's growth strategy and enhancing customer service standards.
With an extensive background in aviation, including roles at Honeywell Aerospace and Textron Aviation, Howell brings strategic expertise and leadership experience to his new position. His primary focus will be on developing a comprehensive go-to-market plan, evaluating and optimizing sales and marketing efforts, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
Strategic Initiatives and Industry Relationships
Howell will work on establishing clear performance targets and KPIs, while also maintaining strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, and customers. He aims to leverage industry best practices to drive operational excellence and growth.
