Garuda Indonesia is the flag carrier of Indonesia. According to Wikipedia, it began operating in January 1949 and is headquartered at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport near Jakarta. It is a member of the SkyTeam alliance. The state investment body Danantara Asset Management holds 92.03% of the shares (2025), and the company is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (GIAA).
