Overview
Transavia France is a low-cost airline owned by Air France–KLM. According to Wikipedia, it was established on 14 November 2006 by Air France and the Dutch airline Transavia, and began flying in May 2007. It is headquartered at Paris Orly Airport and shares its brand, website and operating model with Transavia in the Netherlands. It is not a member of an airline alliance.
Network and hubs
The airline's operating bases are Paris–Orly, Lyon, Montpellier and Nantes. It mainly serves leisure and some city destinations. Wikipedia reports that it reached 100 destinations from Paris–Orly in summer 2022, and its infobox lists 122 destinations in total.
Fleet
As of June 2026, Wikipedia lists 94 aircraft in service: 67 Boeing 737-800 and 28 Airbus A320neo. The infobox gives a different total (86), so the fleet figure should be treated as approximate. The 39 A320neo on order are intended to replace the 737-800s. The same source shows an order for Airbus A321neo.
