Alaska Airlines has reaffirmed its role as the official airline for the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, offering increased seating capacities on flights to Palm Springs this April. The airline aims to enhance the festival experience by integrating immersive branding elements, such as design highlights of its newest global destinations including London, Rome, Tokyo, and Seoul.
During the festival activation, attendees will be transported into a flying-inspired environment at an altitude of 35,000 feet, featuring complimentary beverages, snacks, and Alaska Airlines' fastest WiFi. Eric Edge, vice president of brand and marketing, emphasized the airline's enthusiasm for creating memorable travel experiences that mirror the vibrancy of the festival itself.
In collaboration with T-Mobile, Alaska Airlines will provide onboard WiFi without charge on select flights, and Atmos Rewards members will have chances to win return tickets and other prizes, with a total giveaway of one million Atmos points over the festival weekends. These initiatives demonstrate Alaska's commitment to offering seamless connectivity and competitive travel options for festival attendees.
By increasing available seats to Palm Springs, Alaska Airlines continues to reinforce its dedication to facilitating accessible and enjoyable travel, ensuring festivalgoers arrive prepared for the festivities ahead.
