Manila NAIA Set for Terminal Reassignments in 2026
The Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport is undertaking a significant terminal reallocation scheduled for March and April 2026, affecting several major airlines. The operator, New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation, announced that starting March 29, 2026, airlines including Shenzhen Airlines, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Royal Brunei Airlines, and Vietnam Airlines will transfer their operations from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3. Meanwhile, AirAsia Philippines and AirAsia will move their international flights from Terminal 3 to Terminal 1, with JAL - Japan Airlines transferring from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 on April 1, 2026.
The initiative is part of broader infrastructure upgrades aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and passenger experience.
