As of 30 October, King Khalid International Airport (RUH) in Riyadh is only partly open, with Terminal 1 for domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international flights by Saudi national carriers, and Houthi missile threats continue. NOTAM A3650/26 (from 1845 UTC on 17 October, until further notice) requires prior GACA permission for each movement, and no date for normal scheduling has been announced. Cirium data reported on 28 October showed about 86% of scheduled Riyadh flights were cancelled between 8 and 25 October. Saudia and flyadeal are still moving some Riyadh services to Qassim (ELQ) with bus links, and Saudia's possible return to Riyadh from 28 October was only conditional. flynas has resumed some Riyadh flights (Abha, Calicut, Damascus, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jeddah). Suspensions: IndiGo until 14 November (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah); Air India and Air India Express until 7 November (Riyadh, Dammam); Air France until 7 November; Akasa Air until 30 November; flydubai until 29 October (reported as extended, new date not confirmed); ITA Airways until 18 November; KLM until 27 November; Biman Bangladesh until 4 November; Etihad until 5 November; Lufthansa until 18 November; Philippine Airlines until 29 November; Cathay Pacific until 31 January 2027. Gulf Air has partly resumed. British Airways plans to resume on 3 November with one daily flight, Delta has postponed its launch to next year, and Singapore Airlines has deferred its launch to 28 March 2027.
