Which airlines fly to Dubai right now? Suspensions and return dates

What we know now

As of 30 Oct 2026, 12:00 UTC

Dubai International (DXB) is open, and Emirates and flydubai are flying. Several foreign airlines still have no Dubai flights, and some won't return before the end of the winter season in late March 2027. Flying over parts of the Middle East has been limited since the conflict involving Iran began at the end of February 2026, and attacks on Saudi airports in October added more cancellations in the region.

What passengers can do

The airline that cancelled your flight sets the options, so start with its notice in the table: most offer a free rebooking or a refund, some also travel credit. Booked through an agent or website? Ask them first. Flights from the EU or UK, or on an EU or UK airline to Europe: EU261 and the UK version give you the choice of a refund or a new flight when your flight is cancelled. Cash compensation usually doesn't apply here: not when the cancellation was announced more than 14 days before departure, and not when it is caused by a security risk outside the airline's control.
